Young Adult Stress Management Group
Why Join a Group on Stress?
Group therapy gives you a supportive space to address the unique stressors you face as a college student. By joining, you can reduce feelings of isolation and gain valuable insights into your stress triggers. Group discussions help you connect with others who understand your experiences, normalize what you’re going through, and offer fresh perspectives to challenge unhelpful thinking patterns.
With two skilled facilitators guiding each session, you’ll learn practical, CBT-based tools to manage stress, build resilience, and strengthen your overall well-being. Group therapy is a dynamic and collaborative experience that goes beyond individual counseling by empowering you through shared support and collective growth.
