Gay Men's Therapy Group

Why Group Therapy?

Group therapy can help alleviate anxiety, depression, and fear around vulnerability, especially in group settings. It also can help undo aloneness with some of the issues you may be struggling with. Group members provide a different perspective than you own, which can add clarity or challenge limiting thoughts. Group therapy provides a different therapeutic experience than you may receive in individual or couples therapy.
